Job OverviewEverest Group is looking for Client Directors to build, manage and grow our relationships withGCC (Global Captives, Shared Services) as well as Tech Vendors/ IT/ITES Service Providers tojoin its growing sales team.The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of sales experience and possess strong hunting,consultative selling and business development abilities. Client Directors own the full sales cycleby using discovery calls to leverage understanding of new stakeholders'/business unit leaders'priorities and challenges and then partnering with our industry expert analysts to provide acustomized suite of research products and advisory solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesContinually engage and build solid relationships with clients and prospectsMaximize territory coverage by primarily prospectingInteract extensively with new and existing customers and analyst partners to drive revenueEngage in an end-to-end sales cycle: locate and build leads then convert those leads into clientsCollaborate with teams to prepare professional and effective customer proposalsNegotiate deals to closure with analyst pursuit teamDevelop strong knowledge of Everest Group offerings and the benefits they provide to clientsDevelop understanding of Everest Group contracts, pricing models, and value propositionsAdhere to Everest Group's sales process and methodologyAccurately forecast opportunitiesEverest Group complies with the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and other data protection regulations.Use Salesforce.com in adherence to Everest Group proceduresFamiliarity with and adherence to all company policiesAvailable for limited travel as neededRequirements/AptitudeCandidates must have:A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably an MBABusiness-to-business sales experience; relevant sales experience to the roleDemonstrated prospecting expertise and an ability to open doorsStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skillsExperience of selling to GCC (Global Capability Centers/ Captives/ Shared Services) orIT/ITES Service Providers, SI's and Tech vendors/ ISV's.The ideal candidate:Has a history of meeting or exceeding specific targets/quotasHas experience selling a complex set of technology-enabled products or servicesIs adaptable to changes in roles and responsibilitiesIs coachable and embraces personal growthHas a strong capacity to learn quickly, provide relevant and timely feedback, and adapt to client situations in real timeLearns quickly, provides feedback, and represents the company in a professional mannerExperience in sales and business development roles with research and advisory firms will be an added advantage.Value CompetenciesPassion for and responsibility to the customerLeadership through innovationDrive to continually improveRelentless commitment to winPersonal and company integrityAccountability for actions and performance PRB
