Summary:As HR operations in our Hyderabad office, responsible for the delivery of daily HR operations, will play a central role in overseeing, managing the successful execution of HR processes, HR metrics, compliance, onboarding / offboarding and technologies to drive an efficient and optimal associate experience.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate the performance of key HR functions including pre-boarding, onboarding, time & attendance, and offboarding of employees.Documentation of new joiners as per internal and statutory requirementsOnboarding and Orientation: Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary information to help them integrate into the company culture.Prepare & issue Appointments, Confirmation, Promotions & other letters to employees as applicable.Leave & Attendance ManagementEmployee database management and Maintenance of the HR records and systemsPayroll Management / Resolving payroll enquiries in a professional manner.Process the full & final settlement of exited employees by providing inputs to the payroll team.Bonus / Compensation Management / Reimbursement / Employee Referral Payments.Medical insurance / Health insurance management.Policies and procedure documentationEnsure all exit formalities are completed by all concerned parties as per the laid down process.Strong knowledge in data managementSupport with audits and quality reviews to always ensure data accuracy.Prepare, update & periodically publish HR MIS Reports facilitating effective decision making.Ensure timely deliverables are met with accuracy as metrics.Should have experience in handling vendor payroll and have ability to handle the payroll by self.Benefits Administration: Support the HR team in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.HR Reporting & Analytics: Help gather HR data and assist in generating reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.Employee Support: Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to various HR-related questions and concerns.Skills / Knowledge:Written and Verbal Communication Skills clear concise actionable messaging, presentation skills.Market Analysis awareness of market trends and impactsRenowned payroll software or HRMS software, should be able to handle things manually.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skillsHave clear logical thinking and paying attention to details.Passion for continuous process improvement and simplification of routine deliverablesExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Knowledge of employment legislation and regulationsEmpathy and Confidentiality: Display empathy and understanding when dealing with employee concerns, ensuring confidentiality is always maintained.Proactivity: Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate HR needs. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.Education and Experience Requirements:Minimum Formal Education: Masters degree or equivalent experience in HR.Minimum Experience: 9-12 years of relevant experience.
