You will be amazed to be a part of our growth story - Key roles and responsibilitiesAssist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logisticsMaintain applicant tracking system and ensure accurate data entry.Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and orientation materials.Coordinate employee orientation sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Assist in conducting exit interviews and updating employee records accordingly.Help maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in preparing HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and letters.Support the HR team in organizing and maintaining personnel files and records. Help with filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks as needed.Assist in responding to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Contribute to creating and updating HR policies and procedures manuals.Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.Contribute to ongoing HR projects, such as performance management, employee surveys, or diversity and inclusion initiatives.Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends, and provide recommendations based on findings.Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong interest in a career in Human ResourcesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
