We are rapidly expanding our amazing team and have promising new products, features & partnerships planned for the immediate future.  We are seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Relationship Manager who will be responsible for building & managing new relationships with high-net-worth clients, family offices, and other entities. Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for high net-worth clients, family offices and corporate entities.Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand market share, focusing on high-net-worth clients, family offices, and other target entities.Identify and prioritise partnership opportunities with relevant organisations, including financial institutions, wealth management firms, and other industry stakeholders.Drive the development of marketing collateral, sales presentations, and other materials to support partnership initiatives and client engagement efforts.Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility, build relationships, and drive business growthTrack and analyse key performance metrics related to client acquisition, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Actively monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing personalized service.Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our wealth-tech solutions.Conduct product demonstrations for clients to maximize their utilization of our software suite.Prepare and deliver regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels to management.  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fieldRelevant certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) preferredMinimum of 10 years of working experience in the Wealth Domain, with a focus on managing relationships with high net worth clientsDeep understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principlesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearlyStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients PRB
