Your role will involve coordinating with various departments, media outlets, and other external partners to disseminate accurate and compelling information about the company and its activities.Job ResponsibilitiesArea of Responsibility Description of Responsibility Monthly Closure activities Assist in timely and accurate month end closing and monthly reporting.Preparation and accounting of vendor provision at month end.Preparation of various Fixed & Variable cost tracker.Preparation of department wise cost schedules and reconciliations for management reporting and audit requirementsEnsure proper channel wise cost allocation.Monthly Prepaid Accounting and Utilization. Fixed Assets Identify various transaction and capitalisation of Fixed assets as per the company policy.Accounting and reconciliation of the Physical verification of fixed assets.Preparation of Capex Utility Report, Capex Payment Summary, Gain /loss on asset sale and other fixed asset related schedules.Timely accounting of transfer of assets from one location to other. Reconciliation statement of Asset as per FAR & Stores 3. Insurance (Fixed Assets) Timely Insurance declaration of new asset additions.Timely Insurance policy renewal.Reconciliation of assets declared under insurance with FAR.Reconciliation of Premiums deducted as per CD Statement. 4. Financial Reporting and Audit Assist in the preparation of annual and quarterly Financial Statements of the television entities.Preparation of schedules for management reporting. Preparation of various audit schedules for Statutory and Internal Audits.Assist the team in smooth completion of various audits.Support to parent company for audit closure.Monitor and review access rights for users in SAP. Job Requirements Educational Qualification Graduate/post-graduate with specialization in finance, semi qualified CA Specific Certification Working knowledge of SAP Total Experience 3-4 years Relevant Experience 1-2 years PRB
