Position - Commvault BackupLevel - L3Experience - 9+ yearsLocation - LucknowPreferred - CommvaultCommvault Backup L3Installation, Configuration, Administration and Support of Commvault Backup with HyperScale.Should have very good hands on experience in Commvault backup & restore for VMs, file system, SQL database, Oracle DB, SAP HANA, AD/Exchange recoveryStrong troubleshooting and Job failure-debugging knowledge is necessary.Experience in Commvault replication, AUX-Copy management is must.knowledge on Disk Library, StoreOnce Appliance, EMC Data Domain, Exa Grid required.Monitoring of Backup Schedules, creation of failure report, restore calendar adherence, Troubleshooting on Backup alertsReview of daily/weekly/monthly checklist, Backup Report submission.Job logs monitoring. Daily health checkup for servers.Commvault Backup new server addition/deletion, Client installation & management. Platform Upgrade/Update.Backup Policy Creation/Deletion/Modification for configured hosts.Best Practice implementation, Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents, Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis.Planning and execution of DR Drills based on availability of DR setup and recovery procedures.Advance backup functions like Oracle DB backup, SAP backup, NDMP backups, VMware VADP backup, SQL backup, exchange backup etc.Experience with additional backup tool skills like Veeam, Veritas NetBackup installation, configuration and administration.Hands-on experience in backup server upgrade, MA & Backup Proxy administration etc. is required. (1.) To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders (2.) To ensure positive customer feedback and satisfaction through active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced (3.) To validate Change Order Implementation Plan and Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning (4.) To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators or team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as and when required. (5.) To ensure on-time resolution and quality compliance of escalated tickets or incident as per the agreed SLA PRB
