Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement ATL & BTL marketing strategy in alignment with overall marketing budget. Analyze target audience and market trends to tailor campaigns for maximum impact.Responsible for executing end to end campaigns & present impact reports plus trend shift analysis.Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure the timely execution of ATL & BTL campaigns.Source, negotiate, onboard and manage relationships with vendors and agencies involved in BTL activities.Develop project timelines, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to deadlines.Liaise with creative teams and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive campaign execution.Work closely with the finance department to manage budgets & book keeping for brand spends.Optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness.Ensure collaboration and internal alignment with all team members.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and evaluate results against objectives.Analyze data and feedback to make recommendations for continuous improvement for Vendor and Agency Management.Ensure all BTL campaigns comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status and performance of BTL initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field5-8 Years of experienced in BTL marketing, campaign management, or event planningStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsBudget management experienceFamiliarity with travel industry trends PRB
