About OS1 OS1 is a technology platform to enable businesses with an ecosystem of software tools and applications that can help them achieve speed, scale and accuracy of logistics operations. These tools - developed in-house by Delhivery, have been instrumental in the company achieving best-in-class growth and operational efficiency over the last 10+ years, and are now available via the OS1 platform as easy to access SaaS and API-based solutions. These solutions help businesses to quickly connect, streamline, and grow their operations. We are looking forward to substantial growth in India, and globally through these new technology solutions DispatchOne - a last mile delivery management application, is the first such application that has been launched on OS1. Targeted primarily at in-city dispatch operations, it helps businesses automate and optimize daily dispatch operations and planning, get real-time visibility of on-field activities, amplify customer experience and reduce overall cost of operations. Responsibilities: • Be adept at solving problems using first principles • Be comfortable in translating chaos into the structure; demonstrate user empathy • Have superb articulation skills; should prioritize well • Have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced & amp; dynamic business environment • Be relentless in execution but not lose sight of the bigger picture • Be highly analytical and data-driven • Be team-oriented; should be able to groom junior PM/Product Analyst • Have the ability to marry technological competence with an in-depth understanding of operations and logistics Requirements: • At least 4+ years of product management experience in internet start-ups/supply chain organizations/SaaS products; lower experience with a management consulting background is also preferred • B2B SaaS experience is preferred. • Should know enough tech to be able to comfortably articulate requirements to the engineering teams • Analytics: be great at Excel, SQL • Knowing wireframing tools (Whimsical, Figma, etc. ) is preferred but not mandatory • Domain knowledge of supply chain/ logistics is preferred but not mandatory PRB
