Social Media Marketing Specialist

Whom are we looking for? We are seeking a dynamic and talented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, particularly in social media, and have a proven track record of successfully growing brands on platforms like Instagram. The candidate will work closely with the founders to develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand's goals and objectives. If you have experience building a personal brand on platforms like , that's a definite plus. Since we are a media company, we have a team who can design posts, create videos or any other content. But we are looking for someone whose sole KPI is would be to grow the brand on social media. Responsibilities:Social Media Strategy Development: Collaborate with the founders to develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with the overall marketing goals and objectives of the organization.Content Creation and Curation: Ideate engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, , and X. This includes both written and visual content such as posts, stories, videos, and graphics.Community Engagement: Foster and maintain relationships with our online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and actively participating in conversations relevant to our brand.Brand Building: Implement strategies to increase brand awareness, visibility, and recognition across social media platforms. This includes leveraging trends, hashtags, and other tools to maximize reach and engagement.Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions. This involves setting campaign objectives, creating content calendars, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for maximum results.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success and effectiveness of social media efforts. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in social media marketing. Apply new knowledge and insights to continuously improve our strategies and tactics.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on growing brands on Instagram.Proven track record of successfully executing social media campaigns and driving measurable results.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.Additional Skills (Bonus):Experience building a personal brand on or other professional networking platforms.Familiarity with paid social advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads).BenefitsFlexible Working Hours (Monday to Friday)- We start from our day at 9:30 AM and everyone has the freedom to choose when they want to leave the office.Paid Annual Break across all teams from 25th Dec to 1st Jan every yearCompany Annual retreats every yearReimbursement of online courses up to Rs 2,500 every month on completion.
