Sr Manager - Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Data Analytics to lead our data-driven initiatives and contribute to the strategic decision-making process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leveraging data to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency. Industry : FMCG/FMCG Shared Service Center only preferredExp : 7-10 yrs in Power BI/Altrix/Advance excel/Powerpoint ppts/SFA opsLocation : MumbaiResponsibilities:Develop and execute the data analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.Work closely with the Sales team to analyze historical sales data, market trends, and consumer behaviour to generate accurate sales forecasts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.Partner with Marketing to enhance customer segmentation models, allowing for more targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.Utilize data to identify high-value customer segments and tailor sales approaches to maximize customer lifetime value.Provide guidance on data analysis methodologies and best practices.Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.Implement measures to enhance data quality and integrity across the organization.Oversee the development and execution of advanced analytics projects to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.Evaluate and implement cutting-edge data analytics tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency of the analytics team.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the impact of data-driven initiatives.Regularly monitor and report on the performance of analytics projects.Key Skills RequiredAdvanced proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.7-10 years experience of BI tools such as Power BI/Altrix/Advance excel/Powerpoint/SFA opsExposure to mainly FMCG Industry / Market Research Companies /FMCG Shared Service center in Data Analytics #FMCG Big Data #Data BI #Sales Analytics #FMCG #SharedServices PRB
