Graphic Design Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to lead our creative team in developing visually stunning and effective marketing design solutions across our e-commerce platform. The Design Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, enhancing user engagement, and driving conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for staying ahead of design trends in the e-commerce industry. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure the highest quality of design work. - Collaborate closely with Digital marketing team, to understand business objectives and translate them into compelling design solutions. - Oversee the creation of engaging visual assets such as banners, emailers etc. that drive user engagement and conversion. - Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce design, and incorporate them into our design processes. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. - Take active part in Campaign Shoots. Right from Ideation to Direction. - Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers as needed to support design initiatives. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Proven experience - At least 10 years working in a design role within the e-commerce industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and leadership skills. - Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with HTML tools such as Dreamweaver. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. - Experience managing a team of designers, including hiring, training, and performance management. - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - A passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
