A subset of these problems is very cross-functional, unstructured, fuzzy, and complex in nature. We have a small & agile Strategic Initiatives team as part of the founders' office that works with key leaders to address these problems. You will work closely with key stakeholders across delivery and support functions to conceptualize programs, conduct project/process experiments, and drive adoption of successful ones across the company.
