Senior Engineer

We are looking for a talented Senior Engineer with expertise in Unity and Cocos to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects using Unity and Cocos frameworks. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing games for various platforms.Responsibilities:Game Development: Lead the development of game projects using Unity and Cocos, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to project timelines.Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, sharing best practices, conducting code reviews, and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.Architecture Design: Design and implement game architectures and systems, including gameplay mechanics, UI/UX elements, and game physics, to deliver engaging and immersive gaming experiences.Cross-Platform Development: Optimize game performance and compatibility across multiple platforms, including mobile, PC, and console, leveraging Unity and Cocos frameworks.Feature Implementation: Collaborate with designers and artists to implement game features and mechanics, ensuring alignment with creative vision and technical feasibility.Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and other optimization opportunities to enhance game performance and user experience.Code Quality and Standards: Establish coding standards and best practices for Unity and Cocos development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability of game projects.Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA testers to identify and resolve bugs and issues, conduct thorough testing, and ensure the overall quality of game projects.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in game development, and share knowledge with the team to foster continuous improvement.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in game development, with a focus on Unity and Cocos frameworks.Strong proficiency in C# programming language and familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript Extensive experience with Unity and Cocos engines, including 2D and 3D game development, physics, animation, and UI/UX design.Proven track record of delivering successful game projects from concept to launch, with a portfolio showcasing your work.Deep understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and player psychology.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Passion for gaming and a creative mindset, with a strong desire to push the boundaries of game development.
