Job Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall business goals and vision.Study, Analyse Product market and create niche for company's product.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to ensure that theproduct meets customer needs and business goals.Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, marketresearch, andbusiness goals.Create product wireframes as per customer's requirements.Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities for new products or productsimprovements.Communicate product vision and requirements to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Monitor andanalyse product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Work with the development team to ensure that the product is developed according to specificationsandlaunched on time and within budget.Work with the marketing team to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with thetarget audience.Develop and execute product launch plans and go-to-market strategies.Gather customer feedback and use it to improve the product and inform future product developmentdecisions.Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to retirement.Undertake any other reasonable task that may be asked by supervisor or senior management.Attend team meetings.Work on JIRA for Project reportingSkills:Education: A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field withrelevantexperience or certifications.Experience: 3-5 years of experience working in product management or a related field. Familiar with thelatest software development tools and technologies.Product Management: Strong understanding of product management methodologies,including productdevelopment, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Customer Focus: Strong customer focus with the ability to gather customer feedback and use it toinformproduct development decisions.Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, set priorities, andmakedecisions that align with business goals.Communication: Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate technicalinformation to both technical and non-technical audiences.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informeddecisions and identify areas for improvement.UX Design: Familiarity with UX design principles and user research methodologies.Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of software development methodologies and tools, as wellas a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in the industry.Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market trends, competitivelandscape, and industry regulations.Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop product roadmaps that align withbusinessgoals and vision.Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams,stakeholders, and external partners.Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines ina fast-paced environment.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and detailed documentation.Continuous Learning: A passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trendsand emerging technologies.
