In this challenging, fast-moving, candidate-driven market, the ideal recruiter will be highly motivated and tenacious.Roles & Responsibilities:Technical expertise and an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.Recruit candidates for Junior, Mid and Senior-level IT specialist roles at leading global businessesSource and Screen candidates to ensure that only the best-qualified are put forward to clients.Write and post technical job descriptions on IT specialist job boards, social media, and other relevant channels.Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.Build and maintain candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants.Excellent verbal and written communication skills7-9 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment.2-3 years of experience in managing a team.If interested kindly share your updated resume on jimmy.p@ushtate.co.in PRB
