Sales Enablement is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Gurugram (DLF)Specialist - Graphic DesignWhat can you expect?The Sales Enablement function is a part of WAS (Wealth Solutions, Advanced Analytics & Sales Enablement) that supports Mercer across multiple geographies & businesses. Sales Enablement team enables Consultants globally with strategic and bespoke solutions for pre/post sales cycle & marketing processes, increasing Mercer's chances of winning new business through lead generation, managing commercials, client-focused proposals, strategic research, virtual consulting tool & graphic design support.The incumbent in this role will ensure robust design solutions with high quality delivery to the sales leaders, consultants, and business development team. This position entails accountability of Design process - ideating, designing, quality assurance & branding across all levels of project complexities. The role will focus on:Creating novel & impactful visual concepts independently for client facing collaterals with accuracy, enacting differentiators in the marketEssential artistic abilities to communicate ideas, solve problems and coordination with all relevant stakeholders Delivering quality service to the stakeholders by driving and optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency in project managementCollaborating with businesses on strategic initiatives as well as working on operational improvements to benefit the design process Flexibility to work with global stakeholders for project management & discussion/calls Demonstrating a strong understanding of visual identity & design principlesUnderstanding cultural sensitivity across countries and business needs of the operating companies to deliver high quality designsWe will count on you for:Collaborate with process managers, communication specialists, designers, strategists and sales consultants to design communication/business collateralCreate client-facing materials like presentations, placemat, bio-booklet, executive summary, proposals, flyer, reports, motion graphic & animation that strictly adhere to company's branding, templates, and design guidelines/principlesShould be able to execute from basic formatting to concept-based designs and animations across all digital, print and multimedia platformComprehend & create complex charts / graphs / infographics / illustrations, and artwork, using Adobe/Microsoft software productsManage multiple concurrent design projects while maintaining creative innovation, brand alignment, quality and continuous performance improvement.Strong understanding of design principles and visual system - review and finalize deliverablesMaintain quality standards by way of peer review checklistsMake reviewer changes to content and design as required with a strong attention to detailWhat you need to have: College degree in a graphic design, or closely related disciplineProven experience working as a graphic designer - minimum 3-5 years in a corporate consulting or business firm, or in a creative service environmentExperience with visual and digital storytelling, presentations, and animationAbility to be creative within established guidelinesMandatory: Advanced and proven knowledge of MS PowerPointMandatory: Expertise and experience working in latest Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro), and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
