Engineering Director - Physical Design and Signoff

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Individual to lead our team of Physical Design and Signoff experts. As the Director, Engineering, you will be responsible for managing and technically guiding a large team talented engineers across Mirafra accounts.Job Title: Engineering Director - Physical Design and Signoff Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of digital backend engineers.Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Set clear objectives, prioritize tasks, and ensure the successful execution of projects within established timelines and budgets.Aggressively hire critical talent and be responsible for strategically place them at Mirafra clients· Work with multiple clients and build strong relationships Qualifications:Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in Physical Design/Signoff with strong exposure to Semiconductor design methodologies.Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large teams in a dynamic engineering environment.Strong technical expertise in Synthesis, place and route, timing closure, and physical design methodologies.Proficiency in industry-standard EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics, etc.) and scripting languages (Tcl, Python, Perl, etc.).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersPlease let me know if you will be interested or has any reference for the excellent Job opportunity.
