Nissan Syntex is a textiles company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We have a 350 machine garmenting factory, a fabrics manufacturing division and an online apparel fashion brand named Belliskey.Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated E-commerce Fashion Brand Manager to drive the success of our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and fashion industry trends. They will be responsible for overseeing the online presence of our brand, maximizing sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience.Responsibilities:E-commerce Strategy Development:Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives.Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in online sales channels.Website Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring functionality, user experience, and content accuracy.Coordinate with web developers and designers to implement updates and enhancements as needed.Product Merchandising and Assortment:Work closely with merchandising teams to curate an attractive and diverse product assortment for the online store.Monitor inventory levels, product performance, and sales trends to optimize merchandising strategies.Digital Marketing Campaigns:Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and grow online sales.Utilize email marketing, social media advertising, SEO, and other digital channels to reach target audiences.Customer Experience Enhancement:Implement initiatives to improve the overall online shopping experience, including website navigation, checkout process, and customer service.Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.Analytics and Reporting:Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives and inform decision-making.Collaboration and Cross-Functional Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and IT, to ensure alignment of e-commerce initiatives with overall business strategies.Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on e-commerce performance and project status.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion industry.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.) and digital marketing tactics.Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Salary Range: ~Rs. 6 LPA PRB
