KPMG Global Services (KGS) India is a strategic global delivery organization that works with more than 50 KPMG firms to provide a progressive, scalable and customized approach to business requirements.The KGS India journey has been one of consistent growth, with a current employee count of c.21,000, operating from eight locations in India — Bengaluru, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kochi, Noida, Pune and Kolkata. — and providing a range of Advisory and Tax-related services to KPMG firms around the world.Roles and responsibilitiesCollaborate with the client and implementation team: conduct design sessions, requirement gathering and grooming, provide regular working demos to all stakeholders, solution design and implementation activities.serve as a solution consultant and if required, perform hands-on delivery of customer interaction solutions and accelerators.functional story models based on client requirements using Enterprise Architecture tools, conduct testing and validation activities, develop documentation and maintenance servicesin pre-sales activities including response to RFPs, creating proofs of concept, creating effective presentations, demonstrating solutions during client orals, effort and cost estimation process, etc.reports and presentations to communicate findings to clients and internal stakeholders.reports and dashboards to track compliance status and operational performance.progress against project milestones to help ensure timely delivery of project deliverables, review the work product of associates, and provide direction and training as necessary.input into engagement decisions, including work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation, and career development of staff members.Location - BangaloreYear of Experience - 4 years + RequiredEducation / professional qualificationsBachelors / masters from a reputed collegePrior Experience:The candidate must have 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.Experience & Background Experience in Public Sector transformation projects or a similar role in consulting environment in one or multiple areas (for e.g., Housing Programs, Education, Public Health and Safety, Social Service Programs, Health Care Reforms, Income Support Programs, etc.)with enrollment and eligibility services (for e.g., Child Welfare, Child Support, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, Exchange, Housing, Women Infants & Children, Medicaid, Unemployment Insurance, etc.)experience in industry standards/acts (for e.g., National Human Services Interoperability Architecture, Federal Exchange Reference Architecture, Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System, Child Support Enforcement Certification Guide, Medicaid Information Technology Architecture, The Coronavirus Aid Relief & Economic Security Act etc.)with functional story modelling, testing, validation, documentation and maintenance (for e.g., SPARX EA, SLIM, etc.)proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Aris/Visio, Excel/VBAmarket research capability to support consulting projectsBusiness analysis or consulting experience strongly preferredcommunication - listening, speaking, and writinginterpersonal skills. Should be able to work as part of a teamto global markets (US/UK/Middle East) PRB
