In addition, you will lead the loyalty marketing efforts to cultivate and retain a loyal customer base. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both brand marketing and loyalty marketing, particularly within the luxury sector. A strong understanding of social media marketing and its impact on brand perception is essential for success in this role.1) Discuss Develop and implement strategic brand marketing plans to strengthen positioning and differentiate it within the luxury market. 2) Oversee the loyalty marketing program, including the development of targeted initiatives to increase customer retention and lifetime value. 3) Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.4) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including advertising, promotions, events, and digital platforms.5) Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.6) Utilize data-driven approaches to measure and optimize marketing performance, ROI, and customer engagement.7) Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, and luxury brand partners.8) Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in brand marketing, loyalty marketing, and social media to drive continuous improvement and innovation.9) Consult & work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure high efficiency and collaboration Desired Skill Set 9+ years of experience in brand marketing and loyalty marketing, preferably within the luxury goods industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns that drive business results. Strong understanding of loyalty marketing principles and strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and personalized communications.Experience managing social media marketing initiatives across various platforms, with a focus on building brand equity and driving engagement. Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
