The Franchise Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving the expansion of Khushi Agro Pvt Ltd through the establishment of new franchises across various regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in franchise development, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the food industry.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's franchise network.Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners, conducting thorough market research and due diligence.Negotiate franchise agreements and terms, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, including training, marketing assistance, and operational support.Monitor franchise performance and compliance with brand standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to support franchise development initiatives.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and challenges.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
