Kredivo Group is looking for a principal software development engineer to lead major system improvement efforts and re-architect the existing financial software systems to build a more scalable foundation for the next 100 million FinTech users in Southeast Asia.About the Job:Work with the product team and stakeholders across the company to identify platform requirements, and work within the engineering team to plan and implement the corresponding features.Provide high-quality hands-on contributions across multiple code bases.Identify technical and architectural end states for the project, and influence/evolve the code case in those directions.Monitor and measure team progress to ensure the team is delivering sustainably.Play a key role in choosing technical investments for the team.Mentor and grow engineers across the team.About you:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent8+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systemsProficiency in re-architecting, measuring, and optimizing existing software systemsStrong interest in quickly learning new technologies and stacksStrong product intuition and interest, with platform-building experienceTactical and strategic leadership experience on medium/large-scale software projectsStrong written communication skills for internal and external stakeholdersInterest and experience in mentoring other engineersStartup experience is a big plus.Thank you for your interest in Kredivo.
