Information Technology Support Engineer

As an IT support engineer at Qure.ai, you will have a pivotal role in delivering technical assistance to address hardware, software, and networking challenges. You will be responsible for resolving issues related to software installations, network disruptions, hardware glitches, and various other IT-related matters, whether on-site or through remote systems.Roles and Responsibilities Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking Creating users, security groups, computer accounts, and GPO policies in AD Creating email accounts in O365 Troubleshoot O365-related issues. Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software via phone, in person, or electronically. Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed. Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company. Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructionsConduct remote troubleshooting. Thorough understanding of TCP/IP and networking concepts Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS. Knowledge on DNS, DHCP, IPv4, NTP, AD, etc. IT asset management and documentationSkills and Expertise Excellent problem-solving skills and Documentation Skills. Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodologies. Good communication skills (Verbal & Written) and ability to work within a 24x7 support environment.
