Associate Creative Director

As the Associate Creative Director/ Creative director, you will be responsible for developing, leading and managing our creative & content department, overseeing all aspects of the process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative & social assets for all the group companies.In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative strategies and bring innovative ideas to life. You will be closely working with a team of copywriters, content writers, social media and other creative professionals, guiding them in producing compelling visual and written content that aligns with our brand identity and business objectives. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in creative leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to think strategically while also being hands-on and detail-oriented. A keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and market insights is crucial in order to guide our creative team in delivering exceptional work.Experience of working on AI tools/mid journey would attract additional consideration.About the group - Paras Spices - One of the leading Spices and Seasonings space, working with some of the best food brands in the World in B2B space.
