Role Overview:You will be instrumental in planning and executing campaigns to attract new users to our existing and upcoming game titles.Your responsibilitiesDevelop and execute user acquisition campaigns across performance UA channels like Google, Facebook Ad Manager, TikTok and other ad networks to meet KPIs and growth targetsTrack and optimize ad campaigns with aim to maximize revenues for the wide portfolio of games of the companyCollaborate with cross-functional teams (mainly creative, product, and analytics) to develop ad creatives, optimize landing pages, and enhance overall user journeySupport with technical troubleshooting (MMP integration, Reporting APIs) for accurate reporting using in-house tracking technologies and tools.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our campaigns cutting edgeManage budgets and forecast spending with a focus on cost-effective acquisitionMust Have3+ years of hands-on experience setting up and monitoring campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook and other Ad Networks.Comfort with data-driven decision-making and analytical skillsSelf-reliant in creation of management reports and performance comparisons using tools like Ad network consoles, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.Excellent command of English; other language skills would be a plusPrior experience working with creative design teams would be a plusExcellent problem solving ability, attention to detailProactive and self-motivated with a positive attitudeGood to HaveExperience of working on App Store Optimization on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.Awareness of social media tools for Organic and Paid acquisitions (such as YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Instagram).Experience with additional networks like Unity Ads, Mobile OEM Ad platforms, Airtel Ads platform etc.Influencer marketing for a digital productExperience with SQL or any other database tools.Passion for gaming and knowledge of the gaming market PRB
