We are dedicated to transforming the way companies identify and hire top talent.Role DescriptionManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.Develop and maintain effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.Generate reports and metrics to support decision-making and analysis.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience and maximum of 5 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.Strong knowledge and experience in employee engagement, training and development, and performance managementExperience in succession planning and talent managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlyAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldRelevant certifications in talent management or related domainsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
