Ensure consistent, profitable growth via biz development in sales revenues through positive planning, Lead Generation, market deployment and client/prospect management.Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. Handling a team of sales managers and driving them to achieve sales targets. Skills Required: 5+ years of relevant experience. Excellent analytical skills and ability to assess market trends, growth possibilities, and areas of concern.Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
