We are committed to sustainability, innovation, and driving positive change in the world.Job Description:As the Operations Supervisor at LithLife, you will oversee all operations at our recycling plant, ensuring efficient processes, adherence to safety protocols, and the highest standards of quality control. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to drive sustainability and promote responsible recycling practices. You will be joining us at the very ground floor, where your expertise and leadership will help drive our success and impact.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations at the recycling plant, including production scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards, prioritizing the health and well-being of employees and the community.Lead a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve operational excellence.Develop and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize environmental impact.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, quality assurance, and environmental health and safety, to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; additional certifications or qualifications preferred.Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the recycling or manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of recycling processes and regulations, with specific experience in lithium-ion battery recycling considered a significant advantage.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their full potential.Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and meeting operational targets.Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.Benefits:Competitive salary range of 6-12 LPA depending on experience.Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.25 days of annual leave for personal and professional development.Comprehensive healthcare coverage for you and your dependents.Participation in the employee share pool, providing a direct stake in the company's success and growth.Why This Role Is Fulfilling:Joining LithLife as the Operations Supervisor offers a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering team that is revolutionizing the renewable energy industry.
