Data management in SAP for India and SEAP aftermarket business.New materials MMDM process in Sales Org 6901 (SG), 6100 (CN), 6108 (CN), 6401 (TW)Contract and source list updationNew customer DAF process in Sales Org 6901 (SG), 6100 (CN), 6108 (CN), 6401 (TW) (ad-hoc)Sales and purchasing status (monthly / bi-monthly / ad-hoc)In ad-hoc projects if required (participated in project calls that involved in uploading material master, contracts and source list) (ad-hoc)Does end to end planning and forecasting of Piston and Braking segmentGreater than 95% overall customer order fill rate.Inventory in line with AOP.>95% fill rate from intercompany plants.Slow moving and dead inventory month over month in consultation with sales team.Plan on fortnightly basis for respective products.Weekly calls and actions to meet overall availability in line with confirmation received from plant.Planning forecast accuracy within +-5%.Address customer complaints pertaining to SCM PRB
