Job Summary:As a Sales and Marketing Professional at Struent, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and enhancing our brand presence in the market. This position involves a blend of sales activities, marketing strategy implementation, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, an excellent communicator, and have a proven track record in sales and marketing.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and cold calling.Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand awareness.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our brand.Provide feedback from clients and market research to the product development team to help shape future product offerings.Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics, using data to optimize future strategies.Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through post-sale support.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.A minimum of 1 to 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the VLSI/Semiconductor sector.Strong understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies, as well as the ability to apply them in practice.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuasively convey the value of our products/services.Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools and platforms.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.Please send resumes to careers@struentsemi.com PRB
