The client is in the Healthcare sector and is looking to hire a Operations/Project Manager for their team at Bangalore.The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity. This person will be highly skilled in human resources, finance, operations, and IT management, and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the operations team.Objectives :Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the companyDevelop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocolsIncrease the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacityEnsure that operational activities remain on time and within budgetManage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer servicePartner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systemsBuild and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivationLead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigationAnalyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be metEstablish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changesResponsibilities :Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risksStructure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projectsDevelop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchersAssign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverablesReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work planQualifications :Excellent communication skillsProblem-solving and leadership skillsProject planning, risk management, time management and other project management skillsProject management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project managerExperience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change managementProficiency in project management software and toolsConflict resolution experience PRB
