Project Management Training SpecialistLocation: ChennaiResponsibilities:Lead the design, development, and delivery of engaging project management training courses tailored to the needs of diverse global audiences, including executives, project managers, and project teams.Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content reflects the latest industry trends, best practices, and methodologies in Project Management.Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars both in-person and virtually.Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and participant feedback and drive continuous improvements to enhance the learning experience.Develop and refine cutting-edge project management training programs tailored for various industries, incorporating industry best practices and advancements.Conduct high-impact and specialized training sessions for global project management professionals, emphasizing real-world case studies and industry-specific scenarios.Provide strategic direction and thought leadership in project management training, contributing influential content to industry publications, and presenting at globally recognized conferences on advancements and methodologies.Collaborate with key stakeholders, thought leaders, and organizations globally to ensure the organization's training programs align with and contribute to global standards, fostering partnerships with international entities to enhance the reach and impact of training initiatives.Oversee the continuous improvement of training content, ensuring alignment with the latest advancements and global best practices, and drive the evaluation and refinement of training effectiveness on a global scale.Qualifications:Hold an advanced degree Master's in Project Management, with an engineering background. PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.Minimum 5 years of distinguished experience as a project management training specialist with a focus on training and curriculum development.Proven experience in project management training and facilitation, with a deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.Familiarity with industry-standard project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira).Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and other project management methodologies.Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences of varying backgrounds and levels of expertise.Proficiency in instructional design techniques and adult learning principles.Experience working with virtual training platforms and technologies.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
