You'll play a key part in shaping Evolve over the next few years & help us create world-class products that impact the mental health of millions around the world.  If you're looking for the next big move in your career and this excites you, read on! Roles and responsibilities: Build and lead Evolve's service platform to solve for intersectional mental health needsDevelop and implement SOPs for therapeutic practices, ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations, with a focus on ethics, data privacy, and professional conduct to enhance scalability and user experience. Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding program for therapists, coaches, and mentors, including training on our platform's tools, privacy policies, and therapeutic approaches. Ensure each team member aligns with our service standards and ethics to provide consistent, high-quality care. Create and enforce platform policies around governance, ethics and standardization to optimize for scalability and user experienceOwn P&L and revenue targets for the service layer of the businessWork with the product team to build tech enabled solutions to improve the efficacy and experience of the therapy practiceOwn and further the research agenda at EvolveCollaborate with research partners using analytical tools such as SPSS or Stata, focusing on innovative studies at the intersection of mental health and behavioral sciences.Represent Evolve nationally and internationally at conferences and forumsWork closely with our current research partners on ongoing research projectsForge new relationships with researchers and institutions to leverage data from Evolve to drive cutting edge research at the intersection of mental health and minority stressManage the day to day activities of our Research Team Other responsibilitiesContribute to Evolve's content library on an ongoing basis with a focus on scientifically backed content for LGBTQIA+, neurodivergence and other minority segmentsExperience and skills:Required: A practicing psychologist with 7+ years of experience, holding a Ph.D. in Psychology. Proven leadership experience in managing clinical or research teams.Preferred: Prior experience in a mental health startup environment, especially in setting up teams and processes from inception to launch. Familiarity with the mental health product landscape and experience with clinical trial-based research. PRB
