The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visual assets that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our messaging across various marketing channels. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts and design assets for marketing campaigns, digital ads, social media, email newsletters, website graphics, and other promotional materials.Collaborate with the social media team and content team to shoot and edit videos.Translate marketing objectives and messaging into visually appealing, engaging designs that resonate with our target audience.Follow and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency and coherence across all marketing materials.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, digital marketing, and branding to improve the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives continuously.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on marketing and branding.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro), Figma and other design tools.A strong portfolio showcases a range of design projects, including digital marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotional materials.A decent understanding of design principles, typography, storyboarding, Illustrations, color theory, and layout composition.The ability to think and design creatively while aligning it with brand guidelines is a must.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency is a BONUS.Here's why you should joinWe have an open-door policy.We are among the Top 20 startups to work for in India by You'll get a chance to work closely on exciting projects.Location - Indore (On-site) PRB
