Data Analyst - Security Services Department (Job ID 4407) Responsibilities

• Be a team member of Security Services Department
• Identify requirements for both existing and ongoing quality of customer data
• Perform quality control, error rate monitoring and data error correction for continuous data quality management
• Measure and manage data value and risk (including cost of poor quality data)
• Generate and review data governance deliverables to ensure data meets requirements and standards
• Discuss data quality review with business units and supervisors for on-going data quality improvement
• Support business units for any Customer Information data issue

Requirements

• University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in banking operations and/ or database management
• Possesses experience in operationalizing customer information management
• Sound interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, a good team player and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Windows and Office, preferably with advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g. Macro), PowerPoint and SQL
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
