Monday, 8 April, 2024 - 17:58 to Wednesday, 8 May, 2024 - 23:59 We currently have superb opportunity for Strategy Deployment Leader with one of our Shannon, Co. Clare based Aviation clients. In this senior role, person will report to CEO and work closely with management team to successfully implement the management team’s strategy to grow the revenue of the business core products in the short to medium term while positioning the company to take first mover advantage by developing repair capability and transitioning into the new generation products. The management team have identified 5 high level goals that need to be worked on to successfully implement the strategy;

As Strategy Deployment Leader you will be responsible to set up, organize and structure the program, support the Management team and Sub-Project Leaders and ensure alignment across all projects. You will be responsible for preparing and moderating workshops and review boards. Specific Accountabilities Key Tasks
  • Initial setup and continuous monitoring & updates of project management structure for project governance, processes, meetings, boards and reports
  • Planning, steering and Monitoring of project activities (e.g. achievements, time, resources, dependencies) incl. identification of risks and – if necessary- derivation of measures and decision requirements.
  • KPI and status reporting at project and/or sub-project level (e.g. dates, milestones, and deliverables).
  • Preparation, execution and follow up of meetings and/or workshops within the project and/or project (e.g. daily/weekly meetings, planning workshops)
  • Management of relevant stakeholders across the Network with the focus on preparing and controlling decision meetings for the project (e.g. Review Board, Steering Committee, etc.)
  • Planning, monitoring and reporting on targets for the projects
  • Support for internal and external communication and project/sub-project marketing
  • Prepare and secure the complete project documentation
  • Coordination of project workgroups/sub-teams and their interdependencies between the different projects
  • Other tasks as required by the CEO & Management team to support the program implementation
Person Specification
  • Degree in Economics, Engineering or related areas
  • Minimum two years of practical experience in strategy deployment/programme management
  • Broad know-how in program- and/or project management methods and standards
  • High intercultural competence
  • Advanced decision-making skills
  • Team-player and very good communication skills
  • Distinctive capability to analyse and structure complex subjects
  • Solid performance under high pressure
  • Ability to deal with conflict in a constructive and resolution focused manner
  • Problem-solving competence
  • Strategic and analytical approach with entrepreneurial thinking
  • High level of commitment, flexibility and personal resilience
  • Very good spoken and written English skills (German is a plus)
  • Highly independent and systematic approach to work.
