China Futures Portfolio Manager - Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage systematic trading strategies focused on the Chinese futures market.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets specific to Chinese market trends across various time frames to identify trading opportunities.
• Utilize advanced statistical, machine learning, NLP, or AI techniques tailored to the complexities of the Chinese futures market.
• Collaborate closely with our global team, including technologists, data scientists, and traders, to align strategies with broader company goals.
• Navigate multiple projects in a high-pressure environment, maintaining precision and attention to detail.

• 7+ years of direct experience in quantitative research, trading, or data science, with a specific focus on the futures market in China.
• Experience with the intricacies of the Chinese futures markets and a solid track record in delivering successful trading strategies within this space.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering.
• Expertise in at least one primary programming language (Python, R, Matlab, C++, or C#) is essential.
• Deep understanding of statistical, machine learning, NLP, or AI methodologies, especially as applied within financial contexts, is highly desirable.
• Intellectual curiosity with a zeal for exploring new datasets, tackling complex problems, and driving innovative processes across multiple disciplines.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse array of team members and stakeholders globally.
