JOB REQUISITESRole SummaryAs an Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Developer, you are primarily responsible for supporting and developing new Guided Learning contents based on business requirements. Candidates need to have minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience of implementation and/or supporting content development, testing on Oracle Guided Learning module ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and maintain OGL guides including messages, surveys, smart tips, beacons, and process guides. Identify and action opportunities for improvement, including related to in-system user experience. Complete revisions of all material related to software updates, changes in processes, and ensure all Oracle Guided Learning material is relevant and current. Test and validate OGL artifacts, smart tips and beacons based on Oracle best practice recommendations.Document the guided learning development process, including design decisions, best practices, and maintenance procedures.Manage and maintain OGL guides including messages, surveys, smart tips, beacons, and process guides.Track and maintain OGL guides within Jira and the OGL console.Maintain a list of work to be completed by managing asks in and out of Jira.Train new employees on OGL and Jira as required.Reports to the Oracle Guided Learning LeadAbility to problem solve with various groups and prioritize competing tasks.Ability to speak English, multiple languages is a benefit.Comprehensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or other comparable authoring tool, video, and audio recording/editing softwareAbility to work with within a multidisciplinary team of technical experts, Change Leaders, and stakeholders.Strong ability to follow verbal directions and produce deliverables in a quick turn-around environment.Evaluate and optimize OGL to improve efficiency and accuracy.Troubleshooting skills and ability to identify root causes of issues and provide solutions.Self-motivated and proactive, able to learn quickly and apply new concepts, tools, and applications.Key Competencies / SkillsExcellent active listening skills.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.Forward looking with a holistic approach.Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.Ability to interface with team members and other project managers and program managers in distributed environment.Excellent communication, co-ordination, and organization skills. Go getter attitude.QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.At least 0-1 years experience with creating and managing guided learning tools for Oracle or other enterprise system is preferred.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and quality.Certification in Oracle OGL Developer is preferred.
