Job ResponsibilitiesServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.Develops new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new applications and sales strategies.Identifies potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who have worked with customer; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities.Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.Develop funnel segment wise to ensure spread of network. Mapping the opportunities in the region and to create exhaustive structured databank and sales funnel.Assimilate the data from various sources and build a comprehensive databaseNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesCreating strong brand image of the company by enjoying goodwill amongst the existing customers, creating visibility of Company, offering customized solutions to the prospective customers and demonstrating YOU-attitude to the CustomersDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account status.Collaborate with Segment Heads to identify and grow opportunities within territory.Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.Performance SkillsKnowledge of Channel Network & ExpansionExperience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsKnowledge of pricing strategies & industry benchmarks.Time management - for adhering to processes & deadlines.Knowledge related to Sales Policies & Processes, Partner & Customer Relations.
