You will need to be both resilient and agile to succeed within our culture, but also be able to collaborate with the team and peers with compassion and fairness.Job Purpose:We are seeking a qualified Social Media Manager who would be working for the verticals mentioned above. We expect you to be up to date with the latest technologies and social media trends. You will be responsible for creating monthly Social Media Schedulers, coordinating with other team members, implementing brand awareness through various campaigns, getting influencers on-board to associate with our brands and know how to successfully digitally portray any product. You will also be responsible in handling the required leads generated on DM's to respective team member. Job Responsibilities: Social media strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.Content creation and curation: Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including images, videos, and written posts. Curate and share content from external sources that align with the brand's values and interests.Community management: Monitor and engage with the audience on social media platforms, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and build relationships with followers and influencers.Social media advertising: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement. Monitor and optimize ad performance based on key metrics.Social media analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.Social media listening: Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, trends, and customer feedback. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback and escalate issues as necessary.Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, content, design, and other teams to ensure social media efforts are integrated with overall marketing initiatives and brand messaging.Stay updated with industry trends: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, features, and best practices. Identify new opportunities to enhance the brand's social media presence and explore emerging platforms.Crisis management: Act swiftly and effectively in managing social media crises or negative feedback, addressing issues transparently and professionally.Reporting and presentation: Prepare regular reports on social media performance, campaign results, and audience insights. Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.Qualification & Experience:Proven Work Experience as a Social Media Manager Hands on experience in Content Management Excellent Copywriting Skills Solid knowledge of SEO, Keyword Research and Google AnalyticsKnowledge of Online Marketing ChannelMinimum Qualification - Graduation Working Knowledge of Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and PowerPoint Immediate Joiners are preferred.Interested candidates can share their resume at hr@hautmondeindia.com.
