As a Backend Lead, you will collaborate closely with our front-end application developers, contributing to the design of backend components, and implementing robust data storage and protection solutions. Your expertise in both server-side and client-side software development will be pivotal in driving the success of our projects.Job Description:Identify and comprehend technical solutions and architectural decisions within the project.Assume accountability for the quality of delivered work, ensuring adherence to established standards.Serve as a mentor to fellow Engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and facilitating the team's ongoing growth and enhancement.Develop comprehensive test suites to ensure that all functionalities outlined in the design are met.Ensure seamless interaction between server-side code and databases.Implement highly resilient code capable of delivering exceptional performance to end-users.Skills & Requirements:Proficiency in Node.js frameworks, particularly in developing scalable and efficient backend solutions.Extensive experience with MongoDB, including database design, query optimization, and data manipulation.Expertise in AWS Lambda, with a solid understanding of serverless architecture and deployment.Thorough understanding of AWS Lambda's concepts, data structures, and algorithms.Strong grasp of software development best practices, including testing methodologies, version control, and code documentation.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to architect solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proven track record of leading backend development projects, from conception to deployment, while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
