Sales AssociateResponsibilitiesConduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the industrial real estate sector.Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's client base and market presence.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and industry partners.Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for all parties involved.Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
