ZScaler DevSecOps Networking ExpertWe are looking for a ZScaler networking expert for high end consulting work for one of the largest pharma companyIf you have worked on ZScaler and can help as a consultant, pls apply and let us connect.Location: Remote / HybridMandatory Skills:In-depth understanding of Zscaler Internet Access, Zscaler Private access, and ZDX Strong understanding of Network technologies: Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), routing, switching, cybersecurity, security protocols and best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPN technologies At least 5 years of experience in similar DevSecOPS roles, with a focus on Zscaler systems,Experience in AgileStrong Linux knowledge Strong communication (verbal and written), and collaboration skills in English Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with new Zscaler technologies and industry trends Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and protocols (e.g., SolarWinds, SNMP, NetFlow, Wireshark) Optional Skills:Familiarity with Service Now and Azure DevOps systems Excellent problem-solving skills and Attention to detail Time management and Analytical thinking skills Strong background in scripting, automation (e.g., Python, Teraform CLI), and knowledge in Software Defined Access (SDA) and Cisco Digital Network Architecture (DNA) would be advantageous. Relevant certifications (e.g.Zscaler, CCNA, CCNP, ITIL) preferred but not mandatory Roles & Responsibilities:We are seeking an experienced and agile Zscaler Ops Engineer to join our international team responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing Novo Nordisk's global Zscaler infrastructure. As a Zscaler Ops Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the implementation, stability, performance, and security of Client Zscaler infrastructure and features. You will be joining a growing international team consisting of both internal and external colleagues. Ensure the smooth operation of our Zscaler infrastructure and functionality through sound Architectural and Operational decisions together with the team. New feature, infrastructure and change request implementation and management in close collaboration with Security colegues.Monitor and analyze Zscaler performance (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), identifying and resolving issues proactively to minimize downtime and ensure optimal network functionality and end User experience. Respond to escalated alerts, incidents, and requests in a timely manner, following established procedures and protocols. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical Zscaler stakeholders.Collaborate with other IT teams, including Network Architects and engineers, Systems Engineers, and Security Analysts, to troubleshoot and resolve Zscaler network-related problems. Manage time effectively and execute Zscaler tasks based on organizational needs.Stay up-to-date with new Zscaler functionality and industry trends. Work closely with the Zscaler TAC team to troubleshoot and resolve issues and systemic problems as well as implement new capabilities.Collaborate with external Operations Team to ensure the smooth operation of Zscaler. Help build and mature Zscaler Operations along with creating, contributing, and maintaining accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures. Participate in Agile planning and Zscaler network and function design discussions to ensure scalability and reliability of the Zscaler infrastructure. PRB
