Ensure SLA are achieved and work proactively to maintain the same.Role: Global NOC ManagerLocations: Noida, Delhi, NCR, Pune, MumbaiExperience: 9 to 15 YearsJob Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:Managing client expectation for daily BAU of global network team,Manage and Mantor the virtual team (Should have relevant experience),Participate in technical discussion along with Client for implementing solutions pertaining to Firewall, LANs, WANs, Wireless and other networking technologies.Act as single point of contact for the client.Demonstrated leadership and personnel/project management skillsExpertise You'll Bring:Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise (12 years)Checkpoint Firewall experience - Version R80 & Above (Mandatory)FortiGate firewalls, Switches, Wireless (Mandatory)BGP Routing, Cisco Data Center Switching - Nexus 9K/7K/5K/2K, Cisco/HP enterprise switching.F5 Load Balancers (LTM/APM/ASM)SDWAN Experience (Added an advantage)Must be US shift (Monday-Friday).
