In this position, the primary responsibility involves delivering expert and tailored test data support with the help of research, solution analysis, and systems technology. This includes performing tasks in complex data architecture, data modeling, cloud management and database management. The data engineer will aim to achieve efficiency through aligning data systems with the delivery and business teams' objectives during a project's development and testing phase. Responsibilities:Gathers and analyzes test data requirements for various applications within the Digital organization. Understands a program's architecture/design, logical and physical data models.Works with different data sources and external applications team to complete data requirements. Defines and estimates project proposals related to test data design and development.Ability to work on data architecture projects independently with minimal or no oversight required.Examine and discover methods to improve the accuracy, effectiveness, and dependability of data quality and support.QualificationsRequired Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science or engineering or related course work8+ years of solid experience in data management that includes data analysis, data mining and reporting. Experience working in database environments like Teradata, Oracle, SQL, MongoDBExperience with cloud-based platforms like AWS (Databricks)Knowledge of API tools like Postman, SoapUI, etc. Experience in business requirement analysis, test design, defect logging and tracking Experience in Git based source control tools like GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment along with tools like Jira, Rally, etc.Desired Experience: Healthcare domain knowledgeFamiliarity with Tableau or other analytics softwareBest practices experience in testing methodologies, software testing principles and test management toolsBest practices experience understanding of web and mobile testingExcellent written and verbal communication skills Solid analytical skills, highly organized, self-motivated and a quick learner Flexible and willing to accept change in priorities as necessaryProgramming skills like TypeScript, JavaScript, PythonAutomation framework knowledge like Cypress, WebdriverIO PRB
