Position: Delmia Apriso Solution Architect Years of Experience: 12-15 yearsLocation: Pune Job Responsibilities: Design and lead the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution solution based on enterprise business requirements and IT strategiesDesign solutions using "Best of Breed" business practices utilizing the Apriso Software suite of products, including requirements gathering, scope definition, solution architecture, gap identification and gap resolutionGuide an enterprise implementations and global rollouts together with program and project managersContribute to project risk management at proposal stage and throughout project, making plans to mitigate them and communicate to Project ManagerLead functional workshops including co leading business process council workshops, ensuring Apriso Best Practice is adopted and communicated effectivelyGather and consolidate business requirementsCreate and update functional documentation: designs, specifications, etc.Support Project Managers & Business Analysts regarding functional aspects of the projectAnalyze enterprise business drivers to determine corresponding change requirementsDevelop a solution strategy on the evolution of the enterprise application from current to future stateCoordinate solution architecture implementation and modification activitiesDocument all solution architecture design and analysis workWork closely with project office to ensure alignment of plans with what is being deliveredManaging cases, requests and enhancements using online tools and processesEnsuring that client systems are fully operational, and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient mannerProviding a high level of service to our customers and adhering to our strict SLAs for response and restoration timesProblem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, major incident managementDeployment of service releases, patches, requests and customizationsCreate productive relationships with and between key stakeholdersEnsure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracyPreparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization's systemsCreation and distribution of knowledge and information with other team members and the companyProviding assistance and cover for other team members where required Tools / Skills: Experience with Apriso MES/MOM technology in the solution architecture space12+ years of overall MES experience on Delmia Apriso 9.X to 2023Very good understanding Screen frameworkDevelopment and Architect skills in the use of Dassault/Apriso's "Process Builder" (PB) and "Global Process Manager" (GPM)SAP integration projects for industrial organization (SAP PP, MM, SD, WM modulesExperience in managing full end to end MES implementation using Delmia Apriso 9.X or 2016Good Knowledge of Delmia Apriso product, Process Builder, Global Process Manager, Machine Integrator and Business IntegratorGood understanding of ERP integration and shop floor systems (e.g OPC) integrationKnowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution System), MO (Manufacturing Operations) concepts/systems & Plant Automation ControlsExcellent verbal and written communication skills - the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter expertsAbility to translate business needs into solution architecture requirementsGood understanding of DevOps methodology.
