Senior ML Engineer (GenerativeAI)

Role· As a Senior ML Engineer, you will work with the business units, business consultants, and infrastructure/technology teams to deliver innovative AI technology solutions that accelerate Digital Transformation and drive operational efficiency and business growth.· Be an NLP and ML expert leveraging GenAI, and LLM to build high-quality AI Systems· You should possess strong expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), and you will be at the forefront of implementing state-of-the-art GenAI Tech. Define the GenAI roadmap and own full-lifecycle delivery of Gen AI use cases from requirements, design, delivery, and maintenance.· To design and build production-grade ML Systems, leveraged MLOps, build Large Language Models (LLM) Apps, PoC, and MVP by leveraging advanced NLP and GenAI Tech · To be an expert and guide the team in all the processes from data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing, to training models and deploying them to production.· Continue to develop organizational ML and GenAI capabilities through technical research, collaboration with SMEs (both internal and external), and new data source identification.Key skills· Possess comprehensive experience in building, training, and deploying models and own end-to-end development, delivery, and implementation of ML projects. Have comprehensive experience in architecting, designing, and developing multiple ML production solutions.· Designing and implementing enterprise-grade ML and GenAI architectures. Expert in system engineering and building highly scalable architecture· Should have owned at least five ML models complete life-cycle in production. Demonstrated a history of successful ML project implementation and deep expertise in LLM projects· Expert in RAG and other industry-leading approaches for using domain data with LLM· Expertise in LLM app evaluation, fine-tuning techniques for better performance, domain adaptation, latency, memory, LLM Guardrails, and throughput.· Expert in building NLP Systems focused on Summarization, QnA, and Text Generation by leveraging GenAI and Prompt Engineering. Experience with programming languages like Python, and analytical packages/libraries like Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy, etc. Spacy, NLTK, etc.Experience in foundation models like GPT-3, Claude, AI21Labs, Llama, FLAN-T5Expert in Azure and AWS AI Services. And open-source models Hugging Face LLMAWS AI Services: AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, AWS TextractAzure AI Services: Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, ML Studio, Cognitive service, Azure Document IntelligenceDeveloping and maintaining AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation· Experience in LLM frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, and so on· To be an expert or possess deep knowledge in Text Embedding and Vector databases (AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)· Stay updated with the best practices, and latest advancements in Generative AI, and NLP and explore innovative techniques to enhance model capabilitiesAdded Skills:· Experience with Docker and Kubernetes· Experience with Deep Learning libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, and PyTorch.· Certifications in Generative AI, AI/ML and Cloud platforms· Experience with MLOps technology: Git, Docker, Kubernetes, MLFlow, AirflowExperience:· 10+ years of relevant experience and 5 years of working in ML Qualifications: · Bachelor's / Master's in engineering (CS/IT)· Possessing Data Science /Machine Learning certification/course is an added advantage.
