As an Estate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's properties, including residential buildings, commercial spaces, and common areas. Your day-to-day tasks may include overseeing property operations, handling tenant inquiries and issues, coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing contracts and leases, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.QualificationsPrevious experience in property management or a related fieldProven experience in estate management, property management, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skillsKnowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to property managementExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesSound knowledge of property laws and regulationsProficiency in property management software and toolsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field PRB
