Should have minimum 3 years of experience in the fields of SynthesisPhysical DesignPhysical SignoffCAD DevelopmentCAD/EDA SupportLeadership experience Should be able to handle a team of CAD engineers catering to various design aspects of Back End Design.Should be hands on either Synopsys or Cadence based implementation tools such as Innovys/Fusion Compiler / Genus/ICCompiler, etcShould be able to interact with various design teams and CAD development teams and take care of their day to day needsShould be able to mentor and guide engineers on critical issues and should be ready to take up issues on own PRB
