Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Email Marketing Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement, retention, and revenue. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Content, and Product, to create compelling and personalized email content that aligns with business goals and brand voice.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement retention strategies to maximise customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value Setting up and executing send-outs of Newsletters, SMS and other communication channels in collaboration with the marketing team based on brand and product-specific roadmaps. Setting up and reporting on A/B tests for Email and SMS send-outs according to retention strategy. Working with CMS and other landing page builder platforms to set up site campaigns on desktop and mobile across brands. Execute campaign and bonus pay-outs through one of the most advanced iGaming platforms in the industry Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to ensure retention campaigns are aligned with overall company objectives. Monitor and analyse customer behaviour and retention results to optimise retention strategies and maximise ROI and profitability. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new opportunities to continually improve the customer experience. Ensure timely delivery and flawless quality on all tasks handled. Provide regular reports and updates on retention performance to senior management. Understanding of customer retention concepts and strategies Maintains a high-level knowledge of changes in the industry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong project management skills with the ability to priorities tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Results-driven and analytical mindset. Maintain flexible working hours to ensure the smooth running of business operations. Hardworking and driven attitude. QualificationsExperience in email marketing software, such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and conversion optimization.Experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and email coding best practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience in email marketing and digital marketingExperience with CRM systems is a plus.Experience with Marketing automation is a plus.
